Eligible refunds

• eSIMs that have not been installed or activated may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
• If a technical issue on our side prevents connection and our support cannot resolve it, we will refund or replace the eSIM.

Not eligible

Installed or activated eSIMs, incompatible or locked devices, or data already consumed.
