What is an eSIM?
A digital SIM built into your phone. You install it by scanning a QR code — no plastic card needed.
Is my phone compatible?
Most iPhones from XS onward, recent Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel models support eSIM. Your phone must be carrier-unlocked. See our devices page.
What does Unlimited Lite include?
1GB of high-speed data per day. After that, you stay connected without limit at 1.25 Mbps until your next daily allowance.
How do I buy?
Entirely through WhatsApp. Tap any “Get eSIM” button, confirm with our bot, pay through the secure link and receive your QR code.
When should I install it?
Install it before you travel while on Wi‑Fi. The plan starts when it first connects to a network at your destination.
Does it include a phone number?
No. It's data-only. You can still use WhatsApp, FaceTime and other apps with your existing number.
Can I get a refund?
Unused, uninstalled eSIMs may be refundable. See our refund policy for details.
